My bungalow loft can accommodate a minimum of three guests. It's conveniently located 5 miles from US Bank Stadium, numerous local colleges/universities and restaurants. I'm minutes from both downtown's and the airport. Light rail and the great Mississippi River is a short walk.
You'll have one private bedroom, living space w/full-sized futon, desk, fridge, microwave, TV and full, private bath. Yes, I have air conditioning. You are welcome to relax in my fenced backyard w/fire pit and patio.
The upstairs is private and quaint. I think you would enjoy.
You are welcome to use my kitchen. If I'm out of town, feel free to use the kitchen, dining and living room.

By nature, I love meeting new people and socializing, a lot! However, I do work full time throughout the year so may or may not be home throughout your stay. Feel free to interact with me as much or as little as you like!
Also, please know that while the location of my home is beyond convenient to all that the Twin Cities has to offer, it is also adjacent to the boundary of the University of Saint Thomas's North campus. For two weekends per year, there is a lot of family activity near the premises as students move in and out of dormitories on the dry campus. I very rarely have conflict with traffic or excited college students but value transparency with all my guests and will forewarn any guest who books with me during these lively weekends.
I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated.
I am considerate of your time, sleep and space and desire guests who value the same.
I rescued a sweet, black lab "Guinness" who likes meeting new people. Please just ask before interacting with him for the first time.
My daughter and son-in-law encouraged me to become a host. "Mom/Mother-in-Law, you'll love it, it's sooo.... YOU and your location is sooo.... PERFECT."
I'm a mother of three, wonderful, independent adult children. My current roommate, Guinness, is my rescued black Labrador. He's a wonderful, lovable chap and I enjoy his companionship immensely. Mr. G won't intrude on your space; he KNOWS the rules!!!
I'm a Program Manager for the Graduate School of Software and Engineering at the University of St. Thomas and am fortunate to be able to walk to work from my bungalow. I'm sports oriented, enjoy being active, love to travel and cook. My location is ideal; close to both downtown areas, dining, minutes from bike trails, walking paths, etc. I've lived in the Twin Cities area for over 30 years. We have so much to offer during all seasons.
I'm all about the experience... Please let me know how I can make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. I look forward to meeting you. I think you will like it here. Laurie
