This home is situated in the quiet residential neighborhood of Carolina Place and includes a community pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and tennis courts. Carolina Place is conveniently located right inside the Sea Pines gate next to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, which is great for walking, biking, and fishing!
This beautiful home has hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living area, high ceilings and oversized windows that look directly on the lagoon – a unique view where you`re bound to see Hilton Head`s wildlife.
Once you`ve entered through the large mahogany and glass door, you step into the warm and cozy living area and open floor plans – great for family gatherings. The newly remodeled sprawling kitchen has high ceilings, all new granite counter tops, cultured wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The inviting living area just past the kitchen is ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The spacious area gives you an "at home" feeling and has access to two separate large decks that overlooks the beautiful serenity of the lagoon and perfect for entertaining and grilling out.
To the left of the kitchen is a modern looking dining area with seating for 6 around a glass top rectangular table and another view of the lagoon. You will find a half bath on the lower level past the kitchen.
Head up a small flight of stairs and enter the spacious first guest bedroom with a queen size bed, a comfortable lounge loveseat chair, and large windows. Enter into the shared bathroom that was recently renovated and contains a beautiful single vanity, a shower/tub combination with extra-large windows to let the sunshine in. Head out the opposite bathroom door and enter into another guest bedroom with two twin beds. Walk down the hall and into the master bedroom that offers a king size bed and private access through 2 glass-paned doors to the spacious wooden finished patio. The master bathroom contains a huge soaking jetted tub with elegant decorations as well as a step in tiled shower with a rainfall shower head.
This serene setting with the perfect privacy makes this great vacation home a must stay!
* This home has access to a complex pool, spa and sauna. There is no private pool.

Upon arrival to 28 Shell Ring Road, you will find the following items located in the property:
*Bed Linens ( including linens for the Queen sleeper sofa)
*Bath Towels – 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths are provided for each guest.
*Kitchen/laundry Starter Amenities include: 2 dish towels, pot holders, single use of dish washing and laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towel, box of facial tissue and bar of soap for each sink.
*Guest Advantage Discount Card offers discounts for golf, restaurants, shopping, bike, beach and baby rentals, water sports and much more!
*28 Shell Ring Road is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $16.50 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
28 Shell Ring Road can be rented for a minimum of 4 nights except during the summer months which require a 7 day stay, Saturday - Saturday only.
28 Shell Ring Road is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11.00 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.
KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 26 Sea Lane is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property
LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.
REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.
USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
