This 4 bedroom home is ideal for a family of six or eight, and is located in North-West London, bordering Shepherd's Bush to the south and Queen's Park to the east.
The house opens onto a large corridor with a stunning living area to the right that is furnished, as much of the house, in rustic wooden flooring. This warm and inviting space is finished with luxury furniture including a chaise longue and leather armchair that sit by a wood-burning fireplace adding charm and character to the room. There’s nothing better than returning home after a busy day to curl up by the fire and enjoy a good book by a roaring fire! At the other end of the room is a second fireplace and a dining space with a large 6-seater table. You can also access the garden from here. A modern kitchen sits at the rear of the home and is finished to a very high standard. It has double counters and sleek black units and top quality facilities including a large American-style fridge with ice machine, wine fridge and dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning! There is a small breakfast table to enjoy your morning meal from and access to a wonderful garden. The outside space is paved with an al fresco dining area and a grassy garden with potted plants that the children will love to play in! There is a wet room on the ground floor that is beautifully done in grey stone with a power shower. You will find three bedrooms on the first floor including the master. At the top of the stairs is the first guest double bedroom which is a serene space, finished in cool grey. It has a double bed and soft lighting making with a small window to the garden. The master bathroom here has a good-sized bathtub with a rain shower and a large heated towel rail for added comfort. Across the hall is the second bedroom which is a wonderful room finished in beige with large mirrored wardrobes adding depth and light. It also has a striking black fireplace. This room currently has a cot bed which would offer a quiet place for a child but please note that we have a variety of temporary beds that can be provided to suit your needs (i.e. we could bring in a single bed to sleep one guest). The master bedroom beautifully finished in calming pistachio green with a chandelier and large ornate mirror giving it a beautifully classic finish. Its King-sized bed faces three large street-facing windows which flood the room in natural sunlight. The loft floor of the house holds the final bedroom- an artist’s room with an easel and several books. It has a double bed in a lovely wooden frame and two sky lights brightening up the room.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, one king) and a fourth bedroom with a cot. Please note that we have a number of temporary beds which can be provided to suit your needs i.e. this property can sleep 1 guest on a temporary bed. Please be aware that whilst this home is fantastic, you will have to make use of the excellent transport links to reach more desirable neighbourhoods of London.
