A charming 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet part of the town - nearby restaurants, parks and convenient stores. A 10 minute walk to The Karolinska Institute and 20 minutes to the city centre. Public transport is easily accessible. Welcome!
Welcome to our treasured home where my two sons and I thrive and enjoy life. My oldest son has moved away from home so now it is only my youngest son Fabian and myself still here. We would like to share our home and the possibility of visiting Stockholm, "living like a local".
This is a cozy, fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms facing a quiet backyard in central Stockholm's most popular area - Vasastan. There are two restaurants in the building (one Italian and one Spanish tapas-place). An ideal location for sightseeing. It is within a 5 minute walk from Vasaparken, a park with Sven Harrys art museum, cafés, picnic fields and a playground. The subway station (Sankt Eriksplan or Odenplan) is a couple of blocks away, as well as many buses. Airport bus to Stockholm Arlanda stops about three blocks away; a 5 minute walk. Two grocery stores within a couple of blocks, all open until 10 or 11 pm. Many great restaurants, cafés and boutiques within a few blocks. Street parking is available if you rent a car. You can reach most tourist sites with public transport within 30 minutes.
My apartment is 85 square meters. A bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and a living room with space for 3 (1 double bed and one single bed) . This place is best suited for 3 adults or a family of 3. I cannot accept requests for more than 3 guests even if they are children. PLEASE e-mail me about yourself before sending a reservation request so we can discuss further.

I will always be available on request and can be on location within short notice if necessary.
My apartment is a non smoking home and I would appreciate if you do not bring your pets along as we have family members who are allergic.
My neighbors are close by and the apartment is not suitable for partys or late night activities.
To travel is to live! To experience and understand some of the drivers in different cultures. I have several times exchanged housing with others when on holiday and think it's a fantastic way to see the country and culture from the right side. I don't travel as much at the moment but I want to give you the opportunity to see Stockholm and Sweden from a "natives" perspective. I love the combination of the city and the proximity to nature. A combination that Stockholm can offer with its parks and natural areas on its doorstep. I couldn't live without a good book (currently Ishmael by Daniel Quinn) or the sea nearby (the Stockholm archipelago is beautiful). When I'm not traveling, reading or hanging out with friends, I work in the fashion industry.
