The front door is on the first floor of this excellent conversion. Immediately to the right is the open plan kitchen. It is a good size providing guests with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven/hob and all the other amenities you need to prepare your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large window sits above the sink ensuring the room is flooded with natural light. Walk out of here into the spacious living/dining area. A large triple aspect window provides views of the gardens below (unfortunately not accessible by guests) and beyond whilst ensuring the room is filled with natural light. There is a sofa, two armchairs and a delightful rocking chair. In addition there is an attractive marble topped sideboard and two antique rugs sit on the beige carpet. At the back of the room is a beautiful wooden antique dining table which comfortably seats four people. At the top of the stairs is the comfortably decorated master bedroom with views out over the back of the property. There is a double bed, two bedside tables and two reading lamps which are fixed to the wall. A large white fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers provides ample storage for guests clothes.
Down the hallway from here is the main shower room. Tiled in white it offers a walk in shower, basin, towel rail and a WC. Next door is a separate WC for convenience. Another flight of stairs takes guests up to the top floor. This second bedroom has been built into the roof of the property and provides a light and airy twin bedroom. There is a small desk, chest of drawers for storage, a sink and a bedside table sits between the two beds. There is a basin located in this room as well.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
