This wonderful family home boasts 4 bedrooms plus an additional, self-contained studio garden cottage. It is located by a large stretch of greenery in Pitshanger Village in Ealing, West London, with a train station nearby to take you directly into Central London within 25 minutes.
The house has been elegantly designed, with contrasting modern and traditional décor and hardwood throughout. As you enter, a spacious living area can be found towards the right, with leather seating and two striking granite fireplaces, one of these surmounted with a huge flat-screen TV. The adjoining eat-in kitchen is fitted with cream cabinetry and a 3-seater island breakfast bar with hanging lights above it. Its modern facilities include an American-style fridge with ice dispenser and a large gas cooker. The elegant dining table sits under a crystal chandelier, with seating for up to 8, alternatively you may wish to dine al fresco out on the sunny deck!
At the end of the smart paved garden is a self-contained cottage which will be ideal for 2 guests who desire extra privacy. (Please note, access to the cottage is only available on request, ideally for a large group booking). It is very well designed with a shower room located at the back, whilst the bulk of the room comprises a small kitchenette, study area with plasma TV and a trundle bed which can open up to form a double bed.
Back in the house, and up to the first floor are three bedrooms, all very well finished and light. The first bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the back garden, and is tastefully furnished with a double bed and study desk with a computer. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with single beds and may suit children or teenagers. The family bathroom comes complete with a full-size bathtub with overhead shower.
The master bedroom takes up the second floor and boasts huge windows with fabulous views of Pitshanger Park. The room itself is spacious and furnished with soft carpeting and a generous super king-sized bed and inconspicuous wardrobes. Its en suite bathroom comes fully fitted with a walk-in shower.
