This 3 bedroom home is situated in the popular and upmarket region of Fulham, bordering Kensington & Chelsea.
Upon entering you will see wooden flooring that spreads throughout the whole property. A staircase is directly ahead and a wonderful living area can be found to the right. It is finished in minimal yet stylish white paint –setting off the wooden flooring. To one side is some comfortable seating arranged around a wooden coffee table facing a modern fireplace. A sleek sliding screen reveals a flat screen TV and DVD system. A neat office space is set up on the far side of the room with a desk, chair and lots of shelving space.
Further inside is a bright, open-plan kitchen with all white units. The kitchen is complete with all the latest facilities including a large double-door fridge freezer, a modern island with sink and electric hob and a breakfast bar with stools. A dining table sits conveniently nearby with space for up to 8. This area is awash with light coming from the large sliding patio doors to the garden. A further living area is set up with a flat screen TV and sofa. Outside is a shiny white deck with garden furniture arranged so guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast alfresco or a drink in the evening! The grassy area has been well groomed and is lined with pretty potted plants.
On the first floor you will find a double bedroom which follows the theme of crisp and minimal white allowing wooden features to stand out such as the unique wooden bed frame.
Further upstairs is the large master bedroom finished in which has a King sized bed and a pretty dressing table near the bay windows. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV to one side so guests can relax after a busy day and watch a movie. Sliding doors open on to the glorious en-suite bathroom which is finished in taupe tiling and complete with a modern stand-alone tub, a large walk-in shower and double-basin sink.
In the loft is a final double bedroom which is finished in white with a pink feature wall and has a single child-sized bed with a pretty white frame, facing a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a sleek and modern finish with angular fittings. There is a very large power shower and WC.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
