We always throughly clean the house before our guests arrive. The present rainy weather conditions challenges us to put extra effort to maintain cleanliness especially as the house is steps away from the beach and agricultural land.
When you told us the house was not cleaned to your satisfaction, we had our crew come and clean it again, while you gave specific instructions to the cleaning staff.
Although you didn’t ask, I offered a refund to free you up to move to a hotel or to another place of your liking. You decided to stay. If the house was indeed filthy, I can’t imagine someone would still endure to stay especially when they were already extended a refund.
We try our best to immediately respond and resolve our guest’s concerns. You did not mention anything in your previous correspondence about tattered towels. If you had, we would have been glad to replace it.
