I am perplexed by your comments and am wondering if you have mixed up apartments as your comments are completely factually incorrect; We emailed you a manual, with detailed 'check in' instructions, we also messaged you to check if you received this manual (no response from you). You then messaged us at 4am the night before check in asking for an early check in, we then sent you TWO messages and heard nothing back from you. We received no message in relation to 'check in' location or process.
Re cleaning and pillows, as you checked in early you would have observed the cleaner being there and changing sheets, furthermore, if you had an issue you could have simply messaged us and we would have had the cleaner there in an hour or so. We pride ourself on the apt being immaculate and sheets are professionally laundered.
Please check your msg history and if as I suspect, you have reviewed the wrong apt, pls contact AIRBNB and amend this review, thank you
