Rakesh, first of all my apology that you didn't have a pleasant experience with us.
Concerning your feedbacks:
1. Issue with check in - We have hosted many guests before and there has never been much of an issue and no major complaint thus far. Yes we would be ready to receive you at Pangkor jetty if you had made a call like 30mins - 1 hr in advance and informed us of the time of arrival. There could be a number of reasons that we had the difficulties trying to locate you at the jetty. Perhaps you had walked off somewhere.
2. Bedsheets - I believe so you made a wrong observation. The bedsheets look yellow. Yes because that's the original color of the bedsheets. It should not be a cause for concern.
3. Hair dryer - You made a wrong statement. We stated in the listing that we do not provide hair dryer. Wish so that you had read more thoroughly before making the room booking. And if you had communicated with us in advance and request for it, we would gladly provide you a hair dryer. In the past, we used to keep one in the room, but it's stolen. And also in the past, we lend to guests who made such request in advance.
4. The island hopping tour + rental car - The trip you got is at a much lower price than the one we recommend. I would imagine that the tour you had is a more brief and simpler one. The one we recommend is a full and lengthy tour using a big speedboat, plus snorkeling set at no fee. I don't have much details of your tour, but yes in order to make a comparison, we need to match an apple to another apple. The same apply to car rental. The car we recommend is generally in good working condition, for safety & comfort and also hopefully the car doesn't break down in the middle of rental.
"Playing fool around with guests" - Such a harsh statement. We are serious airbnb host. We have been in business for over 2 years. We want our guests to feel welcomed and have a pleasant trip and stay with us.
