A lovely, bright 2nd floor apartment with beautiful views over the roaming hills of Bath and Great Pulteney Street. This apartment is 2 floors up a lovely Georgian house located on the famous Great Pulteney Street minutes walk from the city centre.
The walls of The Printers Pad are adorned with fabulous printworks from some of Bath's very talented local artists, all for sale. Our current exhibition shows a collection of vibrant silk screen prints inspired by the local landscapes.
**PLEASE NOTE** Between the dates of Sunday 30th July 2017 - Sunday 13th August 2017 we will not be able to offer parking. However there are many car parks nearby that offer long term parking which we would happily advise you about.
This bright, relaxing and clean (non smoking) apartment is lovely and welcoming for any guest visiting Bath. Located on the beautiful Great Pulteney Street and minutes walk from the city centre. A 2nd floor apartment with the most stunning views of the beautiful green hills of Bath from the large and spacious bedroom located at the back of the house and the magnificent Great Pulteney Street from the front of the house. 1 large, spacious calming bedroom with a comfortable superking bed, 100% Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels. 1 large lounge/dining room with an L shaped sofa. Fully fitted kitchen including under counter fridge/freezer compartment, microwave, electric oven/hob and washer-dryer and filter coffee machine. Clean and functional bathroom with extra large shower cubicle.
The walls are decorated with beautiful silk screen prints (hence the name of the apartment!) paintings and other works of art from some of our very local and very talented artists and are all for sale!
We live in the building so not far away in case of any requirements!
Guests have sole use of this wonderful apartment in a beautiful, central residential Georgian building.
Guests can access keys on arrival (after 2.30pm) via the key safe box on the front door or if guests prefer to be greeted I will aim to meet to hand keys over.

Full instructions at how and where to access keys and any entry instructions will be emailed before guests arrival date. We do however live in the building so we can meet guests on arrival if prefered.
This is a 2nd floor apartment so approx 30 steps up! The views are definitely worth the climb! It is also a QUIET residential building so we ask everyone to please respect the other people living in the house - late music, smoking or parties etc etc are forbidden. We live in the house too and will not accept any anti social behaviour.
We supply on street parking permits for anyone driving. These are £5/day/car. We don't have allocated spaces they are public parking spaces for zone 1 area.
The apartment is Self catering so there is no food left in the cupboards/fridge except the (URL HIDDEN) sugar, milk. We also supply 2 toilet rolls, hand soap and some basic cleaning foams/sprays/gels...
We are a very quiet residential building so we would ask for you to respect this and keep noise to a minimum as you would do at home especially in the communal hallways.
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and respect the furnishings and decor as you would at your own home. Any damages or breakages are to be paid for please...

Please read these booking conditions carefully. All reservation requests (whether via email, telephone or post) are considered to be an acceptance of these conditions.
Airbnb takes payment and returns any deposits via their website
Parking permits can be paid for in cash on arrival or departure or from deposits via Airbnb
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or post. Payments for cancellations within 4 weeks of your holiday start date will not be refunded unless we are able to re rent the apartment. Other Cancellations will be refunded in full. Any cancellation made by email will receive a cancellation acknowledgement which must be retained as proof of cancellation.
3. Sleeping Capacity
The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number agreed at the time of booking. If we become aware that the number of people staying exceeded the maximum number, we reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. No refund will be given.
4. Arrivals and Departures
The Property shall be available from 2.30pm on the holiday start date until 11am on the end date. Should you fail to leave the Property by this time, a fee may be incurred which is payable out of the damage deposit. All keys must be returned otherwise a £50.00 fee will be incurred and deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Pets and Smoking
Pets and Smoking are both prohibited.
6. Linen and Equipment
The Property is equipped with bed linen including duvets, sheets and pillowcases and towels, all items specified on the Property's inventory. Linen and blankets for cots are not supplied. Any items that are missing from the inventory at the end of the holiday shall be charged to you at their RRP and deducted from the damage deposit.
7. Damage, Deposits and Cleanliness
All bookings are accepted on the condition that the Property will be respected, and that you shall be responsible for any breakage and/or damage to the Property and/or its contents. A damage deposit of £150 will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure, provided no loss or damage has incurred and the Property is left in good order. In the event of damage as a result of your holiday, we shall report to You within 7 days of departure with a breakdown confirming the deductions we will make from your deposit, details to cover; loss, breakage, damage, extra cleaning costs to the Property or its contents. You have a further 7 days after deductions have been made to respond with any relevant queries
The use of candles or fireworks is prohibited
9. Right of Entry
We reserve the right to access the apartment at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
If you have any complaint, please notify us immediately. Please note that complaints are much more easily resolved while you are still in the property. If we receive any complaints of noise or disrespect and damage to the property, we reserve the right to require visitors to vacate the premises with immediate effect and with no compensation for unused days.
We do not accept any liability in relation to any damage to, or loss of, your personal property and belongings. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance cover. Lost property will be held for 14 days and then handed to a local charity shop or a recycling centre unless we have been contacted by you with proof of ownership.
