This apartment is literally in the heart of TriBeCa: Robert DeNiro's "Greenwich Hotel" is across the street. Nobu, Mr Chow, and the Tribeca Grill are within one block radius. The 1,2,3 and A,C,E lines are convenient subway stops, no more than 5 minutes walking distance.
The bedroom features a queen size bed with a new mattress (2 months old) with a comfy featherbed on top. Luxury sheets & bedding provided. There are 2 large dressers available for use as well as a garment rack for hanging clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, blender, rice cooker, food processor, pots, pans, cutlery, dining ware.
As you'll see in the photos, there is a Rancilio Silva espresso machine (fully manual), an electric pot for boiling water, and an old-school espresso pot. There is also a bean grinder for true coffee enthusiasts.
Countertop has 2 adjacent stools & can be used for dining. There is also a large dining table and 4 chairs for more formal dining.
The balcony/terrace is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee & breakfast, or to unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. It faces inland towards Tribeca, with views of a courtyard, the Greenwich Hotel and the surrounding neighborhood.
The living room features a very comfortable couch, a leather chair, a plasma 37" screen TV, with basic Cable and Apple TV.
Wireless Internet provided.
Bathroom includes towels, toilet paper, and luxury shower head.
Washer/dryer is conveniently tucked away next to the bathroom.
Additional housecleaning services during your stay can be arranged for a fee of $80 per visit.
