Thanks for the feedback - we've tried to contact you privately since we read your review but you have not responded so I am not sure what we can do to rectify this?
Regarding cleanliness, we will take the issue up with our cleaners and make sure they have your comments - if you had let us know during your stay you were not happy we would have addressed this immediately. Also - the flat was newly renovated and decorated just two months ago so we were generally surprised that you found it not to the standard you were expecting.
The wifi we have had no other issues with and have always found it to work well. When you arrive you let us know the data had run out but we rectified this within an hour so not sure if that's what you meant by this comment?
The dining room chairs are covered in real sheepskin and that is their natural scent, but thanks for the comment.
Regarding the showers, could you please contact us via private message and provide more details, as we have not had an issue before, and have had nothing but positive feedback from our previous guests and would prefer to know if there is something we can improve.
With all of these comments it would have been great if you could have let us know during your stay, and we could have done something about it, rather than leave negative feedback on trivial issues.
Just a note on your stay, while we didn’t feel the need to comment publicly, we were a little disappointed about the extent of rubbish left in the flat, as well as all the food left in the fridge, particularly as this is a specific item addressed in the house rules. Your future hosts might appreciate you abiding by their rules as well.
