This beautiful home sits along a private cobbled street, quiet & close to the city centre. Marchmont is a popular area because of the coffee shops, the meadows & Bruntsfield links - perfect for a summer BBQ & prosecco picnic.
This listed building was formerly a stable built in 1880.
It's a two floor property. Upstairs we have two bedrooms a master bedroom and a child bedroom with a cot. The third bedroom is downstairs (a sofa bed).
The main external entrance is not locked. Open the black door. Our property is on the left.
We can provide an air bed as a the third bed if required.
It's forbidden to smoke inside the apartment even if you open the window.
It's forbidden to bring animals.
It's forbidden do make noisy parties. Do not disturbing neighborhood by playing music loud.
Do not walk with your shoes inside the apartment. You may disturb your neighborhood because this is a very old building.
You are responsible to through your rubbish in the container in the basement, by accessing with your apartment key inside the elevator.
You're not allowed to move any furniture or decorating stuff.
It's not allowed to take with you decorative items or other supplies.
At the end of your stay, you must leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived. Dishes must be washed.
If you break an object by accident, you are obliged to notify us immediately.
Do not forget to take with you all your personal belongings when leaving.
