I am currently working as a traveling Project Leader for a medical company, so I spend around 3 months living in different cities around the nation rent free! I'm currently working in Albuquerque at this time.
I recently got a degree in Neuroscience this December at The University of Tennessee. I love to explore lots of different cultures and new ideas whether that be through reading or adventuring in person. A few of my favorite things:
Travel Destinations: Prague!!! Best city in the world, hands down. But other fun cities include (but are not limited too): Zadar, Croatia; Annecy, France; Toronto, Canada; Budapest, Hungary; Charleston, USA; Amsterdam, Netherlands; St. Augustine, USA; Cordoba, Spain; Brugge, Belgium; San Francisco, USA; Venice, Italy; Jinotega, Nicaragua; Krakow, Poland; Flagstaff, USA; okay I'm going to stop now cause this is becoming obnoxious, but there are so many other cities and places I LOVE if you are looking for a fun travel destination!!
Books: A Thousand Splendid Suns, Shantaram, and Pillars of The Earth. (I'm cutting myself off at three since I overdid it with the cities.)
Movies: I love to watch foreign or classic films and am always looking for good suggestions! But a few of my favorites are: The Return of The Idiot (Czech Film), Metropolis (German), and About Time (British and not a classic but I love it).
Shows: I was a HUGE Wicked fan when I was about 10 years old, and my dad gave me the best surprise ever ten years ago when I got to see the musical with Idina Menzel playing as Elphaba in London. I still haven't gotten over it.
Food: I am a huge foodie! I love to explore local cuisine when traveling. A few of my favorite things are: Stroopwafels, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mochi, Sweet Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts, and Kombucha. I also love love LOVE tea! Especially Rooibos and Matcha.
