Dear David, I am so sorry that you had bad impression about our apartment, you are first guest who gave us bad review for cleanes and we are renting 4 apartment for 4 years now.
When you came it was late in the night , around 11 pm, I've showen you apartment, and we entered in every room, I haven't seen any ants and everything was clean. You told me that apartment look ok and that everything is olright. Tomorrow I asked again is everythin ok, you said YES. Supose that you left door open, and your kids were walking around trought the grass, with food in hands and ants entered in the apartment. Also I asked you few times in that 10 day is everything ok in the apartment,you told me taht everything is ok,you didn't mention ants neither cleanliness.You just complained about Wifi, and I've explained that problem is with electricity (provider were changing electrical installation in whole village and power went off and on in 2 min interval) and I gave you password for other wifi. Guests from other 3 apartment weren't complaining about wifi.
You left apartment early in the morning without saying to me that you broke tiles on floor in front of the bedroom, and I have not charge you that.
That you told me you aren't satisfied with apartment and cleanliness I would returned you money and helped you find other apartment. In this case I can only think that your review isn't honest.
We will continue to do our utmost to satisfy our guests and to make them feel like home.
