We would love to welcome you into our huge apartment in the centre of Prague's historic Old Town! Only a 30 second walk to the Old Town Square you will never be far from all the action! Despite the size of our lovely apartment it is extremely cosy and you will feel right at home in the main living area and the wonderful bedrooms. The view is simply incredible and extremely hard to beat!
This is an amazing attic loft apartment just a stone's throw away from the Old Town Square, the biggest tourist attraction of Prague. By choosing this apartment you will stay in the middle of it all with history breathing on you from every corner. This 200 sqm loft (2,152 sq. ft) is a great base for anyone visiting the city who looks for an inspiring and unique experience.
This apartment consists of an immense living room leading into a luxury kitchen area with bar chairs, a spacious hall (which can be turned into a bedroom), a cozy main bedroom with an attic roof, a smaller single bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, 2 toilets and plenty of storage space. The apartment has a very warm feel with wooden beams throughout, a 6 meter soaring ceiling and beautiful views from the attic windows, with views over the roofs of old Prague, Prague astronomical clock tower and the Prague castle.
The apartment is based in a historic building ‘ The House of Five Crowns’. The first note of the house comes from 1364. The original house had a Gothic character. In the 17th century the house was reconstructed into the renaissance style, which dominates the house architecture today. The house was later modified with Baroque and Classicism elements present mostly in the courtyard. Due to the extensive historic value of the house, the National Heritage Institute did not allow for a construction of an elevator in the building. The apartment is based on the 5th floor and there are 100 steps leading to the flat.
The apartment is fully furnished to guarantee a comfortable stay including TV, satellite, free internet, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge, kettle and other cooking/kitchen utensils. The apartment is perfect for a couple as well as smaller groups of up to 5 adults (or 4 adults and 2 children).

---EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT---
If you need an early check-in we will try our best to accommodate you! If you arrive before the standard check in time (15:00) it is possible that the apartment won’t be clean, but you are more than welcome to store your bags there and return to the apartment once it is cleaned. If this isn’t possible you can take advantage of a nearby luggage storage service! You can store your luggage there and then once everything is prepared for you we can take you to the apartment and check you in!
This also applies If you need to store your bags after your check-out.
We will try our best to accommodate a late check out but it is not guaranteed. We will always try to find a solution for you!
We would like to ask our guests to review the house rules of this apartment before booking. By paying the deposit you accept the following:
- The apartment is strictly non smoking
- The apartment is not suitable for party groups; best for couples or families.
- Only guests stated during the booking process shall stay in the property
Late Check In Fee
We charge a late Check In Fee of 15 EUR for arrivals to the property after 10 pm. The standard working day finishes at 22:00 and any check in after this will result in a late check in fee. The fee will be paid in cash to the person who meets you on the night.
Due to public holidays we unfortunately cannot accept bookings arriving or leaving on December 24th, 31st and January 1st.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to provide personal and public liability protection to cover any unexpected events during your trip.
The provider of the accommodation or their insurers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the client(s) while on or in any way connected with the property.
The safety and welfare of children is the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian.
