We look forward to meeting you and will be available to offer any help during your stay but we realise that some guests prefer privacy. Either way we want you to feel welcome. Our dog will probably bark when you first arrive but once he has met you I'm sure you will be best buddies.
Te Puke is central to the Bay of Plenty and you can do some great sight seeing trips either to Rotorua (40 minutes) Whakatane (45 minutes) Mt Maunganui and surfing beaches (20 minutes)
We would expect you to treat your apartment as you would your own home. We have carefully and lovingly built it with guests in mind and hope you enjoy your stay at Elmswood. Smoking is only permitted outside.
I am married to Susan and we have 4 adult daughters, 3 son inlaws, and so far, 5 grandchildren. We love living in The Bay of Plenty as it is so central to many of the must see places if you are exploring the North Island. We first experienced Airbnb when we flew to Canada recently and stayed with wonderful people in many different places. When we came home we set up our own guest apartment so that we could make other travelers feel as welcome and comfortable as we had felt on the other side of the world.
