Our house is located in Roma Norte main Avenue, it was built in 1905 with typical colonial features: high ceilings, hardwood floors, lots and lots of light! The building is known as Casa Francia, cause it used to be the French embassy.

I actually live in the same building but in a different apartment, so I can help you with anything you need.
The apartment is fully renovated, It has 3 rooms, living room, dinning room, full bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Services: WIFI, cleaning service twice a week, nice towels and bedding, bathroom basics, self-serve breakfast of bread, marmalade and coffee.

If some neighbor ask who you are, just say you are staying with a friend, there are other airbnb apartments in the building, but I like to keep a low profile.
I am not super strict, but please don`t make noise after 2 am. And be respectfull at all time. We expect guests to be extremely careful to always close the front door securely and to take good care of the space and kitchen equipment. Smoking is allowed in exterior spaces, but dont leave a mess. Guests can use espresso machines, and other equipment and food. Please turn off lights when not in use to save energy
Be respectful with the common areas in the building. Maintain a low profile. Visitors no listed in the reservation are not allowed (only super close friends or partners). No drugs, parties, one night stands or prostitution (previous experience) are allowed in the apartment. Any violation to the house rules will be cause of the cancellation of the reservation and no money will be reimbursed.
