This amazing, private 5,000+ SF house has a huge chefs/entertainers kitchen seating 4, dining area for 12+, large living room complete with projector and 120" screen. 10+ bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms all newly remodeled, including a "bunk room" that has two Queen-Queen-Full trundle bunk beds. 7 of the 10 bedrooms feature full en-suite bathrooms that were newly remodeled.
The real pride though is the outdoor area -- there is 2+ private acres of lush lawn, private lake with giant Koi, Bass, and Bluegill, gorgeous saltwater Pool, Spa, and Tanning Shelf complete with waterfall and fire feature, a huge grill and outdoor dining area seating 20+ people between the tables and the outdoor bar.
The garage has been converted into a game room, with pool table, ping-pong table, and basketball game.
There are RV hookups, and space for an RV or Bus of almost any size on one side of the driveway. We have hosted the RVs and Buses of various artists and celebrities during events at the home.
Guests have full access to the house, and grounds.

We welcome interaction with guests, but are also happy to respect your privacy. Most events require our site manager to be on-site.
Weekends and Holidays booked 30+ days in advance have a 3-day minimum, unless part of that weekend is already booked by another reservation.

Pool/Spa heating is an additional $50/day, and can be chosen for all or none of your stay (but not just certain days). Please let us know in advance if you want pool/spa heating so we may turn the heater on well in advance of your arrival.
Additional guest fees may apply to larger groups, or for those planning on inviting people that will be visiting but not staying at the home overnight. Indio Permit No. 1419. Guest agree to comply with Indio Ordinance No. 1665.

We are a small group of friends and family, that own and operate vacation rentals in the greater Palm Springs area.
We take a lot of pride in our properties -- most of them we have fully renovated, and furnished item-by-item, creating unique properties with unique looks. We've had the pleasure in designing a home with a modern/glam feel inside a more traditional homes exterior to give a very European feel overall. We also went full Mid-Century Modern with the remodel and design of our golf course home. And we are well underway way on our home being designed and furnished as Moroccan -- including a gorgeous Moroccan feel to the cliff in the back yard and waterfall that flows into the pool. We are also starting design on the Art Gallery inspired house shortly, and have another Mid-Century Modern home lined up as well.
In addition to building and furnishing gorgeous vacation rentals, we are building a 1st class property management team, and will soon have 24/7 coverage for any issue that may arise, as well as having multiple people checking the functionality and cleanliness of each home prior to guest arrival, to ensure guest satisfaction.
