Cosy double room available for females only please. Quiet two bed terrace just off Kirkstall Road. Great transport links; supermarket at bottom of road. Handy for universities, ITV Studios & Headingley Cricket and Rugby grounds. 5 mins walk to Burley Park train station. Frequent buses from the end of the road to city centre - 10 mins journey tops. Large basement kitchen, separate lounge, well suited for those who prefer their own space. *Earlier check in available with notice

We had a great time staying at Rachel's place. The location was perfect for us because it was close to family and it's close to a Starbucks and several grocery stores. We also enjoyed spending time with her cats.

Rachel’s place worked out just fine: reasonable location with bus service or a 30-minute walk into the centre, on-street parking, quiet private room, & friendly host (and cats!). Excellent Indian food nearby as well. Would stay here again.
