One side of a duplex that is on Sanchez Park, blocks from Sloan's Lake and less than a block from a light rail station. Sports Authority Stadium is in walking distance while downtown is a short, cheap uber trip. West of downtown allows quick access to mountains, too! We are in an up-and-coming neighborhood in a very diverse part of town. Not a lot of restraunts or bars in walking distance but very short bike, Uber or light rail rides to almost everything.
This space is a shot gun style unit in a hundred year old duplex. It's located two blocks off Colfax and six from Sloan's Lake. The neighborhood is vibrant and diverse. The park behind our house offers bike trails that traverse most of Denver. A 21 hole frisbee golf course is in the park as well. The location lends to quick, reasonable fares to Downtown, Capitol Hill, South Broadway and the Highlands through quick & cheap Uber fares or the LightRail station which is 1 block away. Starting April 22nd the LIGHT RAIL WILL RUN TO DIA! If you're flying in it will only be a lightrail ride and block walk to get to this listing :) We are also on the West side of downtown making it a quick trip to the mountains. We live in the other unit of the duplex. While we respect our guests desire for privacy we are also accessible for any needs that may arise.
Street parking, washer and dryer, frisbee golf course at the park behind our house, light rail station a block south of the house that goes into Union Station in the heart of downtown, out to the airport as well as to Golden which is nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

My boyfriend, Ray, and I both work full-time with flexible schedules but, can be available if any needs arise. However, we understand and respect our guests desires for privacy while staying with us.
Please try to stay quiet after dark on weekdays.
No cigarette smoking indoors.
Light marijuana smoking is fine. We do ask that you keep the majority of this to the back room. Basically, we do not want the house to smell of smoke once you leave.
Please park out front, on the street. There are always plenty of spots and the neighbors always leave the spot open which is directly in front of the entrance.
I moved from the Twin Cities to Denver about two years ago for the weather and endless outdoor activities and beauty Colorado has to visit. My boyfriend, Ray, was born and raised in the Denver area and is knowledgeable in the state and cities' main attractions as well as their hidden gems. We like camping, hiking with our dog Balto, skiing, bike riding, breweries and seeing live music. We also enjoy traveling and staying at other Airbnb listings when we do!
