There is a mini fridge and microwave in the space, there is NO private kitchen. Privileges are available in my kitchen.
The pictures speak for themselves. Two completely renovated rooms and bath with semi-private entrance. My four year-old Golden Retriever and I live upstairs, Moe LOVES company. The backyard features a large patio with a hammock and a fire pit. There's also a gas grill for your grilling pleasure
The space is almost completely private. My washer and dryer are in the hallway that leads to the bath. I try to avoid doing laundry when there are guests in the house.

Location. Location. Location. Very easy access to downtown Denver via Light Rail; station is one block from the house. It takes ten minutes via train to Sports Authority Field and the Pepsi Center. Coors Field and downtown restaurants are 20 minutes via train. Two trains will get you to or from Denver International Airport. Less than a mile to U.S. 6 which feeds directly into the mountain corridor via I-70. Red Rocks park is 11 miles via U.S. 6.
No smoking on the property. Although the listing indicates I allow pets, due to allergies I cannot accommodate guests with cats.
