Elegant two bedroomed apartment, 149 m2 (over 1600 square feet), in the Marina Waterfront of Cape Town, situated on the quiet canals overlooking the cabanas of the One and Only, Cape Town's most luxurious 5 star hotel.
Both bedrooms are en-suite, with a walk in shower and bath in the master bathroom and a walk in shower in the second bathroom. The bedrooms have large sliding doors which open onto the patio allowing for al fresco living from all rooms of the apartment. Large fluffy towels, crisp bed-linens, soaps, shampoos etc. all provided for you.
A large living room/ dining room leads out onto a huge covered patio which spans the entire length of the apartment with views of the canals and over the yacht basin. The sliding door opens most of the way so that it almost feels as though one is sitting outside! The sitting area has two large leather couches and two large chairs perfect for curling up in. A dining room table seats eight comfortably. The large TV has full DSTV programming. Hi speed uncapped fibre wifi is available free of charge.
The sleek modern kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook a fabulous meal including built in oven, convection microwave and a Bosch dishwasher for easy cleanup. If you want a dinner party catered, your host Claire can arrange to have it brought in for you.
The apartment is very well equipped with attention to finer details from the Nespresso machine, blender, large beach towels for lying by one of the five pools in the complex, to champagne glasses ideal for a toast on the patio.
Under floor heating will keep you toasty during the slightly chilly Cape Town winter months and air conditioning is available for the heat of summer. The apartment faces north which makes it cool even on the hottest of summer days.
Secure underground parking is offered free of charge which is on the same level as the apartment so no need to carry heavy suitcases into elevators or up stairs. This feature makes the apartment ideal for people with less mobility.
On site is a small gym and pool located in the Quarterdeck, one minute's walk away, which are accessed for a small fee (R150/per adult) for the duration of your stay.
The beautiful Bascule Bar at the Cape Grace with its view of Table Mountain, and the lovely bar at the One and Only are both within a two minute walk of the apartment. Both are perfect for sundowners with a view of the mountain. The V&A is accessed via secure gates, safety being an important element and drawing feature of staying in the Marina.

Claire offers a concierge service whereby she can book book restaurants, day trips, arrange self-drive holidays, as well as tailor-make your Cape Town experience (maybe you love yoga, surfing, outdoor dancing…you name it, she can arrange it!).
She also offers a shopping service (from food to clothing, or anything that your heart desires), convenience meals from a local deli, collection and drop-off at the airport, beauty treatments in the comfort of your apartment and many more services. A rate card will be emailed to you upon booking.
Note our strict cancellation policy please: no refund within one week of booking, cancellation insurance is a good idea to protect your vacation from disruptions.

Please note that no weekly or monthly discounts are offered during the Cape Town high season, between December 1st and February 15th.
Only a three night booking will be considered for the period December 28 to Decemb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please enquire before booking this period.
No children under the age of 10 without Claire's permission at time of booking. Undisclosed children will result in negation of the contract.

No additional guests allowed, apartment accommodates 4 only.
Marina rules will be provided to guests, please make sure you abide by them!
No loud noise after 10pm, no parties with large numbers of guests are allowed according to rules of the Marina Estate.
No smoking inside or on the balcony.
No washing, towels or any other objects may be left on the balcony. A R250 fine may be given by the Waterfront Home Owners Association for any breach of this rule.
There is a charge for early check in or late check out (outside of regular working hours 9-5). Please note this is a hard cost payable to a third party of R350.
