The ground floor guest quarter with en-suite is completed by a room with a double bed and built-in storage.

Downstairs is a room with a washer and dryer.
On the first floor is a spacious dining area for eight and a small terrace.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel mod cons and a hob island/breakfast bar overlooks the dining area.

UPPER LIVING ROOM
This gorgeous living area is grand and impressive - featuring luxurious sofa seating, floor-to-ceiling triple windows, filled bookcases, striking red artwork, a piano and a feature fireplace.
Accessed via the tall windows in the main living area, this small seating area is great for watching the bustle of the street below.
A mezzanine level to the first floor, this study area features a writer’s desk, encapsulating bookcase and computer/desk.
Tucked behind the study area is a bright bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe space and two petit original windows.
Down the hall from the second bedroom is a contemporary bathroom with a WC, basin and a bath/shower.

On the top floor is a bedroom with two single beds (king size when pushed together), also with built-in wardrobes and a small desk area.

Both double beds are twins that can zip together.
