My brother and I share the other room. Most of our guests are business travelers just looking for a quiet place while in town for a convention or passing through due to a layover. With that in mind our behavior is geared toward accommodating that demand.
However lots of guests to want to socialize. We've certainly met some people who we now consider to be good friends. So as rule we give guests their space, but are more than capable of entertaining as desired.
The main entrance is on the EAST side of the building. The building is on a one way street so if you pass it you'll have to loop around. The main door has a code. I send it along with other relevant info once the booking is completed. If the light is green the door is now open. Red means it's locked.
You have an assigned parking spot. To enter the complex via car there is a gate on the NORTH side of the building. The gate only opens by use of a clicker or if another car is exiting. In order to get the clicker you have to first come inside the apartment and get it off the kitchen table. I know this is a mild inconvenience but it's the only way I can think of as I will not always be home. Sometimes I will be home and I can open the gate for you as you arrive so you don't have to park then get the clicker then park again, but I can't guarantee I will always be home to do so.
P.S. The buttons on the clicker are very weak but they do work. You have to push down on them hard. I use my thumbnail to try and find the sweet-spot. Trust me, I find them equally frustrating.
Additionally on the first floor the UP button for the elevator is inconsistent. You will have more success if you hit the DOWN button instead.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Noise must be lowered after 10 pm for the sake of the neighbors. The walls are thick though so that means anything less than shouting is pretty much fine.
