1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out timing are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:

Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

The apartment was really spacious and it had everything i needed. which was really great. There were a few areas in the apartment that was a bit dusty. location was great. there were two stores close by which was really good as well. My check in wasn't a great experience. The host was late and i was really annoyed as i just moved to london and i had 3 huge suitcases and i had to wait for 1. 5 hours with my bags. They did allow me to check out late on my last day to apologies.The host uses a third party to manage the communication and check in. I had the ceiling leaking towards the end of my stay and i didn't know who to contact which caused panic. all in all the apartment was great, the communication was ok and great location.

Mixed feelings about this apartment. The Good: Quiet location (particularly on the weekend), Fast Wifi (when it works), clean apartment. The Bad: Minimal furniture and amenities, Uncomfortable low bed, and Wifi router which need to be re-started on a regular basis. The Ugly: No access to maintenance staff on weekends, so the faulty shower in the apartment was not repaired for 2 full days. Overall OK to stay here as long as you don't need anything fixed, or want a cozy place to stay - it is however functional and clean.

The apartment itself is really good, the location is nice and very clean. The management is however a little disappointed. They have very strict policies on everything but the service could be a lot more down to details. We have two people stay for 10 nights, only one extra trash bag was provided, one cube for washing machine and one cube for dishwasher. No cooking supplies at all, not even salt...only two nest coffe and two tea (URL HIDDEN) small hotel size bottle of shampoo, body wash and (URL HIDDEN) all about things like that...they're minor, but really affect your experience of staying. Other than those it's a very good place to stay.

Loved the apartment and the location. However Wifi never worked properly. The clock was never fixed and the oven extractor fan never worked. All of these things were reported. An extra bed was brought without pillows. I don't think the girl that brought it understood English. The first couple of days I had no phone as I came from Hong Kong and my iPhone does not work in UK except with wifi. So for the first day/night I could not contact anyone or be contacted, until I bought a uk phone. It was very unsettling for me as I was alone.
