Come stay in our beautiful home in the Portlock area of Hawaii Kai, at the foot of Koko Head and very near Hanauma Bay. We have gorgeous mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, and the tradewind breezes cool our lovely, peaceful neighborhood. It is a short walk to a secluded local beach, or a quick drive to Waikiki.

Our contemporary house is single-level, bright and open, and was renovated in 2012. The living room and dining area flow into a large family room which is open to the kitchen.
The remodeled gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, an induction cooktop, an Advantium microwave, and a double oven. The family room has a 60" TV with cable, Netflix and other web services, and a DVD player. There is high-speed wifi throughout the house. Electricity and hot water are solar.
The comfortable master suite has high-quality bedding, a large TV, and a newly-renovated bathroom. There are three charming bedrooms on the other side of the house; one has a queen bed, the next has a full bed, and the last has two twin beds. In addition, there is a small bedroom with one single bed which has a separate entrance just outside the kitchen door. Each bedroom has a window AC unit.
You will have full access to the house and yards.
The completely fenced backyard is a rarity in Hawaii, where open real estate is so scarce. 6 foot high fences on either side of the yard keep our kids in sight while they play for hours every day in the yard. Sand toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to take to the beach are in the garage. There is currently no barbecue grill available.
