Airy, modern 2BR/2BA (or 1BR/office/2BA) in a quiet, secure building right downtown. Steps away from universities, restaurants, shopping, and transit. Floor-to-ceiling windows, modern appliances, wood flooring, central air & wifi.
NOTE: Minimum stay is 30 days. Also, the building does not allow any pets.
This is a great home base for visiting professors or researchers, along with anyone else who wants to be living in the heart of downtown Montreal. In addition to a wonderful main living space, guests will also have access to the rooftop patio, with 360-degree views of the entire city.
Guests will have full use of the entire apartment and rooftop patio. It is set up as a 1BR with office, but there is an airbed to convert the office into a guest bedroom.

I will be out of town, but available by phone or e-mail.
This is a summer sublet, not a nightly rental. I'd prefer to have one or two people staying here for the entire period, but will consider other offers.
This is a quiet building, not a place for loud partying.
