Opposite the beach and set in the beautiful surrounds of Alfred Square, the apartment sits among the myriad of restaurants, bars and shops of Fitzroy and Acland Streets and St Kilda Esplanade. Less than a 5 minute walk away are the famous St Kilda sea baths and gym, Royal Melbourne Yacht club and iconic Luna park. On Sunday mornings the area comes alive with the vibrant makers’ market which features over 150 unique stalls of hand crafted artwork, wood products, jewellery, accessories and food zone. If this is not enough jump on the No. 96 tram for a 15-minute trip into the City and explore the galleries, museums, laneways, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is positioned on the top floor (3rd floor) and front of the block allowing uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay. During the day it fills with natural light and at night it sparkles with the lights of ships at anchor.
Recently renovated with timber floors throughout the apartment comprises one large bedroom, a spacious lounge room, separate kitchen and large bathroom. In the bedroom there is a queen-size bed and lots of cupboard space. The living room is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV, and a balcony from which you can witness spectacular sunsets. The bathroom has a walk in shower and laundry area with washing machine and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
There is a security entrance, and dedicate off-street car park as well as trams, taxis and buses just 100m from the front door.
The apartment is perfect for those who want a comfortable place to come home to and relax after a day at work, or for the overseas traveller who wants to experience the very best of Melbourne.

As this is an entire fully furnished apartment guests are able to enjoy all that it has to offer without restrictions. I only ask that they respect the property and the privacy of others.
