I would have to say that there is an abundance of extra towels stored in the closet in the master bedroom if you would have only sent a message by text we would have explained or told you where they were, that's what is so practical about the Airbnb app, you have 24 hr. access to the host if you need anything, every time you need directions or anything for that matter we responded promptly, within minutes, Diego you know this true! never once after you sent us a text did we fail to respond, not once and we responded in literally a matter of minutes, we place a premium on customer service. I had to contact ypu daily because you failed to respond we check in on our guest to see or understand if there is anything they need, you should be grateful you have a concerned host that is only seeking for your comfort and convenience, what is the issue about that type of communication???? it sounds preferable, this why our communication is at 100% rated by other guests, also you admit that the apartment was clean and beautiful and a perfect view are not these the most important issues in a stay???
