'Sea la vie' is a 2 bedroom second floor flat in a red sandstone Victorian tenement in the beautiful Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute in Scotland. Sleeping 6 - 7 people the flat commands stunning views across the Bay to the Isle of Cumbrae and mainland.
Lots of lovely period features including fireplaces, high ceilings, cornicing, varnished floors.
Shared rear garden. With table and chairs for enjoying the sun and drying area.
Travel cot, highchair and buggy included.
Please note there is no wifi in this property but a 3G/4G signal is available.
Access to whole flat 2 bedrooms plus living room, kitchen, large hallway and bathroom.
Double bed in main bedroom, single bed with trundle in second bedroom and double metal action sofa bed in lounge. There is also a folding zed bed if needed so flat can sleep 7 plus young child in travel cot.
Flat is on 2nd floor so 4 flights of stairs (incase of mobility issues)
Dogs are very welcome. Please note to respect our neighbours, dogs are not allowed in the shared garden - this is for picnics and children playing only. Please walk your dog on the beach, literally a stone's throw away :-) dog bowls are provided for use.
Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Also toilet rolls, and some toiletries if needed. Remember to bring milk!
The hot water can get very scalding so please only leave on for 1 hour at a time, and supervise children.
Washing machine, with washing powder available to use, tumble dryer, pulley and airer for drying.
Iron board and iron in hall cupboard.
Deck chairs and picnic basket available.
No internet connection. There is a 4G/3G signal available sometimes. Free wifi is available at the Kingarth hotel 10 mins away.
No tv ariel but lots of DVDs, books and games. Thank you

Dogs are very welcome. To respect our neighbours we ask that the rear shared garden be for picnic and children playing only. Please do not use this area as a loo for your dog.
Please put general rubbish in the outside bin at rear of flats. Recycling of glass, cardboard & plastic only is available at the recycling point just past the church, just before post office. Please note - general rubbish should be placed in the bins for flat at back - not at recycling point or church bins,
Bin day is a Monday do if you're there on a Monday please put the bin out - thank you!
Please leave the flat tidy before you leave there are plenty of cleaning materials such as sprays and wipes.
Please strip all used bed linen and used wet towels and place in one of the large laundry bags in the hall cupboard.
Depending on timing of back to back bookings, we may ask you to make your own beds up - fresh linen will be made available.
We don't live on the island so keys etc are kept in a key safe. Full details provided prior to arrival.
