Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct oceanviews from your 2 balconies at this gorgeous waterfront getaway. The ocean is directly in front of the condo about 20 steps away. At night, with the windows open, you can hear the ocean. This is a beautifully maintained high-end complex with excellent amenities. It includes pool, outdoor BBQ, an 18 hole golf course, marina, and playground.
-Penthouse condo has two bedrooms, two full baths, a juliet balcony off the master bedroom and a large balcony off the living room. The sunsets and views from the balcony looking on the ocean are breathtaking.
-The building has an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor. In the apartment, the bedrooms and bathrooms are up one flight of stairs. This layout gives the apartment an extra juliet balcony and stunning views from the master bedroom.
Number of Guests
This apartment sleeps 4 people in beds. We don't mind if you make your own arrangements to sleep up to 6 people. An air mattress or sleeping bags for example would work.
Beach and Swimming
-You can snorkle in your backyard at the beach in front of the apt. Swimming can be done in the roped off lagoon deep swim area. If you walk around the corner at the beach, you will see it. Some of Puerto Rico's most beloved beach are a 10 minute drive away such as Bocqueron Beach.
Transportation and Parking
- There is no public transportation. Rental cars can be picked up from the airports and other locations and they are quite cheap. Two parking spaces are available. Please park in appropriate spot for the apartment. You will need the car to explore the western side of PR.
This is a very secure complex and area. To enter the complex, you have to pass through multiple security barriers and gates to enter this exclusive country club community and then the beachfront apartment complex.
The apt is centrally located in Cabo Rojo. Although Cabo Rojo is being discovered, it still remains unspoiled by tourism and retains a tranquil flavor. It is within less than 10 minutes driving distance to the best seafood restaurants in PR and grocery. It is also within reasonable driving distance to many attractions located on the western side of Puerto Rico.
Here is a sprinkling of things to do. Take a dip in the beautiful waters surrounded by verdant cliffs near the Los Morrillos lighthouse. Hike to the lighthouse and see the spectacular views. Go to Los Ratones Isle via a short boat ride by a local and snorkel and swim there. Go hiking on the 12 miles of trail in the wildlife refuge. Visit the Cabo Rojo Plaza. Eat some of the best and freshest seafood and at restaurants nearby at Bocqueron, Cabo Rojo or Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. See the bioluminiscient bay at La Parguera. Go fishing, dance the Salsa, or play a game of golf in your backyard
Guests will be renting the entire apartment. They will be able to access the grounds and amenities of this apartment complex. This includes, the pool, barbecue grills, gardens and playground. The golf course can be used upon paying a green fee at the club house.

Our friendly and very helpful property agent, Luis Hernandez will be available to assist you in person or by phone. Before your arrival he will also give you directions and access to the keys for the apartment. Please consider him your local resource and guide.
1. We own this one apartment in the complex and and we also use it for ourselves. We ask that you please treat our apartment as your own.
2. Please help us conserve energy. Please switch off air conditioners if you are not in the rooms or in the apartment. Also please do not use the living room air conditioner while keeping the balcony door or Windows open.
3. Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 11am unless you make special arrangements with our manager Luis Hernandez.
4. Please contact our friendly and very helpful spanish/english speaking property manager a couple of days before you arrive to get directions and keys. Maps and GPS do a terrible job of finding the apartment complex.
5. The apartment cannot accommodate more than 6 people. Only the people listed in the booking are allowed on the premises and the grounds of the complex.
6. Please remove all trash from the apartment.
7. Please do not put away any dirty dishes in the cabinets.
8. Please park in the designated numbered parking spot for the apartment. 2 cars will fit in the spot.
9.Please respect the natural environment and follow the guidelines as listed.
10. You are responsible for reading the entire description of the apartment and its secure and surroundings.
I love books and great food. My favorite travel destination is Australia because of the diving there. I am clean and organized. I leave a small footprint. I love to learn about the local culture and food and hope that my host can help with that. And I enjoy meeting new people.
