On arrival inside the property, which is located on a quiet street of elegant, 1850's pillared buildings, you will find a smart living room and adjoining dining area. There is hardwood flooring and a classic, neutral colour scheme with a marble fireplace in the living room and white-covered seating. The dining area is simply elegant with a six-seater glass table underneath a crystal chandelier. At the rear of the first level is the kitchen, which has terracotta floors and a little breakfast table. It is more than well-equipped with modern facilities such as a dishwasher, gas cooker, washing machine etc.
You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level. The luxurious family bathroom is beautifully designed in white with gold- accented fixtures. It offers both a bath as well as a separate shower enclosure, to suit all tastes.
The master bedroom is simple and tasteful, with a king-sized bed and some stunning art adorning the walls. The second bedroom is similarly styled with a double bed, as well as large built-in wardrobes allowing ample storage space. The second bathroom is well finished with a modern walk-in shower.
