Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home on quiet residential street and within the vibrant Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith areas.
The light and sophisticated sitting room at the front of the house is a glorious space to relax – the calming hues and beautiful, ornate fireplace really make this room stand out. The bay window floods the room with natural light and the exposed wooden floorboards add a rustic and traditional feel.
Through an opened double doorway lies the dining room. An open room with plenty of light and a table seating six. There is a door opening out into the garden to tempt you outside for ‘al-fresco’ dining in the warmer evenings. Any budding pianists in your party may want to serenade you at dinner with the piano in the corner.
The colourful red and fun kitchen is a great example of the ‘personality’ of this house. A lovely range cooker and modern appliances mix with the traditional looking wooden panels that make up the kitchen units. The double French windows open out into the garden area and bring the sunshine in. A smaller dining table is in the kitchen for more casual dining or perhaps a catch up over breakfast and coffee.
The master bedroom is simple and plain – keeping the pastel colours and calming tones of the other parts of the house. Fitted wardrobes run alongside the king-sized bed for ample storage space.
The family bathroom is another great room, encompassing a large bath with hand held shower attachment and vintage style wash basin. The tiles on the walls and the wooden panels along the bath continue the vintage/traditional look.
The second bathroom is a more modern adaptation with large, walk-in shower and heated towel rail on the wall.
The second bedroom is a generously sized double room with a sofa bed. The soft carpet and balcony give a touch of the luxurious to the feel of this room.
The third bedroom has a single bed (which can open to a double), lovely, light wooden floors and two sash windows bringing the light into the room from different angles.
Please note the fire place in the living room is for decorative effect and not for use. The third bedroom has a bed which opens up to a double but it would only suit someone who can get up from the floor.
