I would be delighted to welcome you to my charming apartment for 4 in the 14th arrondissement, on the 5th floor of a building without a lift.
My flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable and bright bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The metro 13 and buses are nearby, giving you quick access to all the iconic areas of Paris.

Place Denfert-Rochereau is one of the capital's legendary squares. It is much frequented by Parisians, who often gather around the square for the start of major eventsThis square is the origin of its name. General Denfert-Rochereau was a soldier at the end of the 19th century who distinguished himself during the 1870 war between France and the Prussians. This is also the reason why the Lion of Belfort stands so majestically in the centre of the square. This statue by the sculptor Bartholdi (who also created the Statue of Liberty) was bought by the city of Paris in 1879. This gigantic lion, measuring 4 metres high and 7 metres wide, was originally intended for the Buttes Chaumont (in the 19th arrondissement of Paris). From this square, it's easy to get to the lively rue Daguerre. Here you can stroll through the stalls and enjoy the fresh produce on offer from the many traders lining the entire street. The shops are open every day except Sunday afternoons and Mondays. You're sure to appreciate the village-like atmosphere of this part of Paris, where everyone knows everyone else.
