Welcome to AwesomeHouse! Rest your head here while you visit Nashville if you're a fan of less-than-$10 Uber rides and/or a 10 minute commute into downtown. We just renovated the kitchen, bathroom, and living room so you'll basically be visiting the future!
We bought this 1940's house a few years ago and have been renovating it to make the space feel simpler and more modern. We *love* it. We're super clean and neat here, but you can still tell it's a musicians' house due to all the concert tickets and vinyl records on the wall. There's even a recording studio wing we might show you if you're extra curious, but worry not - we don't put it to use while guests are here.
Make yourself fully at home in our newly renovated living room and kitchen! We cook often if you'd like to jump in on that train while you're here. You have a bedroom all to yourself, as well as a full bathroom (with laundry machines!) to share with 1 tenant who lives upstairs. A nice, conscientious tenant, I might add.

We live right down the hall, so we'll be on site and ready to help nearly 100% of the time you're here. I'm on the road quite a bit but Sarah is always handy by phone even when she's not home. Don't be shy!
We do have an upstairs tenant who will share the bathroom which'a.
We're laid back! Here are the only non-negotiables:
1.) No pets (one of us is allergic).
2.) Take your shoes off at the door. We have a mat and a rack to make this easy : )
3.) Stay up and hang out all night if you like, but we generally need the house quiet by midnight, especially on weeknights.
4.) When leaving the house throughout your stay, kindly lock the door behind you.
Hi AirBnB! I'm Harry, a touring drummer living in Nashville. I'm almost never home due to my gig, and where I stay is usually not my decision, but when it is, I love staying with local people instead of in hotel rooms.
To that end, I'm excited to offer up my home for any fellow travelers who need a place to stay here in Nashville! If I'm not here, you'll meet my domestic partner Sarah (a songwriter here in town and also the most pleasant lady of all time) who'll get you settled in with whatever you might need.
Neither of us are the nosey type, so we tend to stay out of our guests' way, but we're always open for great conversation or a quick consult on how you might like to spend your time here.
If I'm coming to your city, it's typically because I'm there to get out to an event of some kind, so I'm not the type to just sit in your house all day. I do keep surprisingly regular sleeping hours for a musician though (down at night, up in the morning).
