Do NOT smoke in the house. If you smoke outside, please pick-up your trash.
Children and babies are welcome but they count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count.
Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates Airbnb rules and our rental policy. If you arrive with more guests than you booked for, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
Remove make-up before crawling into bed. Make-up stains bedding.
Please don't eat or drink anything while sitting on the bedding. We want to provide nice-quality bedding yet still keep our price low. If you spill something on the sheets or blankets, please use the Spray n Wash beneath the kitchen sink and let us know before you check out.
Communicate with us first if the accommodations do not meet your needs or expectations. Give us a chance to fix it.
Cell phone or Airbnb message is always the best and quickest way to reach us. In most cases we'll respond immediately but please allow at least an hour for responses.
