Please accept my brother's apologies for his behaviour, it is not his normal character, as you can see from past reviews. Unfortunately for both, you caught him at a bad time where he had some personal issues to deal with and could not expose his usual, caring, kind personality. This is also the reason for the sub-par room preparation.
We are very fortunate that you show understanding on this issue, and we will do everything needed to make sure something like this does not happen again.
We would love to have again in the future so we can have a chance to show how REAL hospitality should be!
