How would you have been able to stay 3 months without communicating us all these inconveniences or without stoping the rent at the end-of-month as alloud, and in the other hand asking for other points related to your confort, obtained assistance in less than 24h and warmely thanking for that ?
We would have been the first ones to help you to find a solution wich suits you the best.
This does not match. Maybe this text arises from the least happy visit of your friend ?
Remember you had a contract with us, not Mr.T.S. Even if he caused the damages (as all the indications show) you did hardly assume your role on the matter. Coping with some stress in work and in private life, that is just real life and it is a bad choice to let another take over on you.
Due to this context, it seems conter-productif to us to answer you (him) for each point – in an endless pseudo-discussion tinged from origine with stinginess, exharcerbation and even bad faith in order to manipulate facts.

We recomended you to Airbnb. We maintain our review : You showed nice communication when you were alone, you have a good education, you are a joung lady, 22 Y.O., that was courageous to let home to come tates to Europe. We believe your personnal qualities will guide you over the obstacles.
But we let a clear warning to the future hosts to consider distantly the visit of your friend T.S. He is not able to take care of a place, causes damages and show lack of sruples about it.
P.S. : As you where not present, may I clarify : the payment of the repair of the damage (that you reconised) on the blind was made by you via Airbnb that gave you automaticaly the proof of payment.
The workers were not alloud to make an « informal invoice » as asked by your friend. Their Manager had to do it after knowing the extend of the problem, calculate the cost including the time and purchases of broken rooms needed at the request of the owners and on their behalf.
