Hello fellow travellers,
Me, my girlfriend and our cat live in the house and we have a spare room for you. The room is rustic and we build some of the furniture in the house. We have a company on this subject. Anyhoo, we would be happy to host you and your company as well. Write us! (:
See y'all !
You cannot have this view in any other place. You will fall in love and feel what Izmir really is about! We have full Aegean sea view in both rooms.
Apart from your own room with full sea view, you can use the kitchen and bathroom. We have both washing machine and dishwasher. You can wash your clothes or dishes easily. Moreover, we can spare a shelve in our refrigerator and cupboard for you, too. We also have wi-fi connection which is free for our guests. We have filter coffee machine and you can cook your coffee or we have Turkish coffee pots if you want to try.

I am a university professor and teaching English for over 5 years now. My girlfriend has advance English skills in speaking, reading, writing and listening. Our cat also speaks a few English words like "Meow". (: I have been living in İzmir since 2006, so I can help you to find your way in İzmir.
We can give you clean sheets for your bed and give you extra towels but if you wish you can bring your own stuff, too. We do not have Turkish-styled toilet.
We do not like noisy people with bad attitude (who does, huh?). We will clean your room before you arrive and we expect you to clean it before you leave. Unfortunately, you cannot bring any other guests to stay over night during your stay. After all, it is not a hotel room.
We accept couples as well. More, we are looking for clean people because we are going to share kitchen, bathroom and house with you guys. You can consume alcohol during your stay as long as you show the courtesy of sharing it with us (: Haha. We are easy-going travelers as well. We know the value of sharing, guiding and helping people who are in a new community.
Hello fellow travellers , isn't it fantastic that you found me here! (:
Get ready for story time.
I was born in a little Aegean town and raised by my beloved parents Filiz & Kadir. With my younger brother, Kıvanç, I started fighting crime in our neighborhood and helped poor people. Meanwhile, I sewed superhero clothes at nights with Kıvanç. When the time came, I needed to discover other places in this downtrodden world and moved to beautiful İzmir to learn more about English Language and Teaching at Dokuz Eylül University. I lived in the United States and Estonia for a while. I wanted to travel more but needed more money for that, then I started teaching at School of Foreign Language, Dokuz Eylül University. At DEU, I met a lot of young beautiful minds but still decided to find Neverland, Finland. I moved in Helsinki, Finland. I taught English language to Finnish and Swedish students, travelled north, watched Nordic Lights, haunted and ate reindeer, dived in frozen lakes, skied, wrote a novel, learnt some Finnish language and tasted Mämmi. After a year with snowstorms, I came back for my military service in Turkey. For a year, I worked at Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Vocational College of Turkish Army in Balıkesir. Despite of my herculean shooting skills, I decided to move back to İzmir. Since then, I have been teaching at School of Foreign Languages at Yaşar University. Nowadays, I am forcing my students to record video homework, teaching them how to use Twttr as writing practice platform and using every means available for my colleaquies to use Gooooogle for Education. I have been a member of rock/metal band called ‘Baraka’ since 2003. I have an unpublished novel waiting for an edit.
Most importantly, I am living happily after with my angelic girlfriend, Berçin and adorable cat, Pırtık.
Yes. That's me! What about you?
