This is a corner unit town home, so it is very quiet. No one above or below you. Keauhou Surf and Racquet club is a gated community and our town home is situated away from the traffic noise of Alii Drive. We made certain that there is everything you need for your home away from home!
You are steps away from the large pool and tennis courts. Parking is 20 ft from condo. This is one of the only units that does not have the road running by unit so even second bedroom is quiet.
This town home is truly the place for relaxation and romance!

We are in a private gated community. The grounds are lushly landscaped and there are heiaus and petroglyphs from the ancient Hawaiians located right on the property. The Kona Country Club golf course abuts one side of the complex and sacred Hawaiian land with a black sand beach is on the other. This location is very quiet but still only 5 miles from downtown Kona.

Summer months in Hawaii can get hot. Recently replaced all Jalouise windows and full 8 ft slider !! Why not have comfort of Full home A/C while on vacation? Our A/C system has 3 zones. One for main level and one for each bedroom- NOT a window unit/s.

Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club Reservation Policies
Check In: Check in time is 3 pm.
Check Out: Check out time is 11 am
Changes in Reservations: All reservation changes are subject to availability and rate change.
Number of guests: The number of guests must be disclosed at booking. No more than 5 guests are allowed per building rules and will be asked to leave.
Housekeeping Service: Additional housekeeping is available during your stay for an extra charge. No housekeeping service is included in your nightly rate.
Smoking: Please do not smoke in the rental. If there is evidence of smoke, your entire deposit will be forfeited. You will be responsible if the restoration of the property exceeds your deposit. Please speak with complex manager to see where smoking is permitted on grounds.
Pets: Pets are not permitted. Anyone bringing a pet will be asked to leave and all monies forfeited.
Items Left Behind: We will not be responsible for items left behind after check out. If you are missing an item and we do find it, we will mail it to you at your expense.
Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay. Please make sure you lock doors when you leave property to ensure your belongings are kept save. This includes putting the stick in the rear slider. Surf and Racquet is a gated community and very safe, but it is still wise to lock up.
At Will/Risk: You are using the vacation rental at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur while you are at the vacation home. You must be responsible for the safety of your children and guests while using the unit. Be aware of hazards such as sharp rocks and dangerous shore breaks in front of the unit. Also, be aware that Mother Nature allows for storms and rough surf. With your proximity to the ocean you must take precautions to watch for dangerous weather and evacuate the area if you are asked to.
Security Deposit: As required under -521-44 of Hawaii Residential Landlord-Tenant code, the security deposit shall not exceed a sum equal to (1) month’s rent. As provided under-521-44,” security deposit”
means money deposited by or for the Tenant to be held by the Landlord for the following purposes: (1) to remedy Tenant defaults for accidental or intentional damages resulting from failure to maintain the Premises as required under the lease and under Hawaii law, for failure to pay rent due, or for failure to return all keys furnished by the Landlord at the termination of the lease; (2) to clean the premises or have it cleaned at the termination of the lease so as to place the condition of the Premises in as fit a condition as when the Tenant entered into possession of the Premises; and (3) to compensate for damages caused by a Tenant who wrongfully quits the Premises. The security deposit shall not be construed as payment for last month’s rent by the Tenant. Upon the termination of this Agreement, the security deposit shall be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any set off as provided under this section.
Any damages or excessive cleaning done to the unit will be Tenants responsibility to pay.
