I am renting my apartment in Le Marais as I am currently out of Paris for now ; it is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey building, with no lift.
Please note that the apartment is under work... and refer to the detailed description for more info !
I must also add that Parties are strictly prohibited.
Please note that being on the 3rd floor means that the apartment is 3 floors above the ground, which might correspond to a Level 4 in the US !
The apartment has a great view on the national archives, with no vis-à-vis. It is located a couple of blocks from the Musée Picasso.
Please be aware that the apartment is still under work :
- The kitchen lacks several cupboards and the fridge is currently sitting in the living room !
- The living room's ceiling needs to be redone and repainted.
- The living room's mirror has a crack ; it is not dangerous unless one deliberately swipes one's finger on it.
These are the three reasons why the apartment is cheaper than what could be expected for such a space and location.
I will fix them once I am back in Paris.
The whole apartment.
The temperature of both rooms can be setup via a remote control.
The living room can be transformed into a bedroom by sliding the panel at the right side of the bar ; it "closes" the kitchen and especially the light from the window.
The expresso machine works fine but is a bit facetious ; please give me a call if you are stuck with it and I will explain what to do.
The Fender Rhodes piano does not work ; it is under maintenance. The guests can use the acoustic guitar if they wish.
I request to know the precise list of persons who will either use or be invited into my apartment. I want to emphasise the fact that events or parties are strictly prohibited.
I am a single man living in Le Marais, in Paris.
I play music and program mobile devices / computers.
My 2 favorite books are "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee and "Voyage au bout de la nuit" by Louis Ferdinand Céline.
My 2 favorite songs are Nat King Cole's version of "Stardust" by Hoagy Carmichael, and Nina Simone's "I loves you Porgy" by George Gershwin.
My 2 favorite classical musics are Chopin's 1st Ballade and Rachmaninoff's 3rd concerto.
I guess that all that makes me a romantic person... to my utmost dismay ;p
