This is a wonderful family apartment, spread over two floors with 3 bedrooms (and nursery). The stunning leafy neighbourhood of Belsize Park is one of London's nicest with Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill nearby.
Upon entering the apartment’s main hall you will find, to the left, a raised living area with sweeping wooden floors and an attractive, patterned feature wall. One of its walls is dedicated to an array of books and DVD’s which guests are free to enjoy on the flat-screen TV (which has surround sound) whilst snuggled up on the bold L-shaped sofa. Towards the right is a sizable open-plan kitchen and dining area which overlooks the back patio garden. The kitchen has all-white handle-less cabinetry with modern facilities which include an American-style fridge with ice dispenser, built-in coffee machine and double oven. The 8-seater dining space is bathed in natural light coming through the stained glass of the patio doors which open onto a raised grassy garden. On a warm summer’s day, children will love playing out in the open whilst you enjoy sitting on the deck with a drink!
For convenience, there is a utility room with a WC located just of the kitchen to the left.
The lower level of the apartment holds an elegant master suite which is delightfully finished with flamingo-patterned wallpaper in a soft blue shade. Its generous super-king sized bed has flanking wardrobes and faces a wall-mounted TV for guests to enjoy. The en suite is equally as modern with both a separate walk-in shower enclosure and a full-sized bathtub. At the end of a small corridor is a lovely nursery room which provides a quiet space for small child. There is a shared bathroom installed with a power shower, and a bedroom located adjacent to the master, with a bunk bed (2 single beds) perhaps ideal for two children or teenagers. The final bedroom is complete with a double sofa-bed and its own en suite bathroom with a full-size tub and overhead shower.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
