This smart and stylish family home is well located in the popular West London region of Chiswick, a short distance from the famous River Thames.
The ground floor holds a sophisticated living area with luxurious leather seating and a contemporary fireplace, whilst the adjoining play room provides a generous space for children to play with a wide variety of toys provided. You will then find a modern eat-in kitchen sitting at the rear of the house, with access to a well-groomed garden. Its contemporary design uses splashes of bold colour and leather seating; it is fitted with handle-less cabinets with under-lights, and a 2-seater island breakfast bar island, whilst the solid wood dining table will seat up to as many as eight guests. Alternatively, you may wish to dine al fresco in the garden which is lovely in the summer and has an artifical lawn with games, perfect for children!
As you reach the first floor, you will find a bedroom looking over the garden, with a single trundle bed (it has an extra pull-out single bed) and a flat-screen TV. The shared bathroom on this floor is well finished with a large walk-in shower enclosure. Across the hall is the lovely master bedroom which boasts generous dimensions and bay windows pouring in natural light! It is furnished with a king sized bed set against a forest green feature wall, and inconspicuous built-in cupboards. Next to it is the third bedroom with a striking red feature wall and a bunk bed (2 single beds) which may be ideal for two teenagers or children.
The final bedroom is located on the top floor of the house and has the comfort of its own en suite bathroom with full size bath tub. The bedroom itself is minimal yet well finished with a generous king sized bed and a study area with a desk.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
