Our arty Berlin downtown apartment .•°*”˜At Home˜”*°•. is located in the heart of Kreuzberg 36. The district Kreuzberg is known since the ´60 for its alternative influences and multi-cultural population, nowadays multicultural mixed with all kinds of interesting, lovely sharing people,artists, musicians & hipsters from all over the world.
We are living in the triangle between the canal (during warm days, this river is so colourful crowed and even when its small, a real positive happening)with the famous "Turks Market"- Türkenmarkt which takes place 3 times the week ( Tue / Fr / Sat ) with lots of interesting & lively offerings of handmade artists,young designers, musicians but also with a quite big offer of versatile fabrics with all supplies, for everybody who likes working with textiles and always accompanied by the fresh vegetable, fruit& wonderful tasty homemade food market,-and the "Kottbusser Tor" with plenty of day-, night-, and multicultural life, the "O-Strasse-Oranienstrasse", with its beautiful small inspiring shops,bars&restaurants, galleries& expositions,always packed but charming smiled and the "Görlitzer Park "- the green big heart of Kreuzberg, where the local people meet to enjoy the sun or the snow, gather around for a bbq or to listen to some of the cities most fabulous street musicians, worldtravellers, local bands or any small beautiful acoustic live, which reminds you of the magic of music & simple life.

The apartment, that we would share with you, lays in an old Berlin factory building, in a quiet side street, really close to the "Görlitzer Bahnhof" subway station and easy to find from there.
It is a spacious 5 room, really practical divided apartment, in which we stay in 2 rooms in the left wing of the apartment. It has high ceilings, huge windows and it is full of versatile art. Nearly every furniture is selfmade and recycled out of material which is given directly from Berlin's street. The ambient in the "Busch" is authentic, raw, freestyle and natural. We have one colorful lightplay bathroom, a tub - formed into our proper functional pirate ship,bottles hanging from the ceilings with wishletters of everybody who wants or believes in positive thoughts,dreams or wishes, bottle post yourself or for other people you love and like;-),enough towles and a washing machine - if you guys need - a small but comfortable kitchen, in which we can all come together for a tea,coffe,beer or whatever our common taste of that moment will telling us ;-) - and a big living-room, with a green double beded treehouse , where you can just chill out if you guys feeling like "TENTINGbuschTime".Under the cosy tent even more cosy spots, like a long comfi swing, also built ourselves out of wasted trash and recycled materials, where you easily taking naps,while looking outside the window, seeing clouds and the endless sky.
