Cozy house in mountain community, with fun recreational activities for every season, including swimming, skiing, horseback riding, catch and release fishing.
The house is spacious and comfortable, and includes 5 bedrooms with sleeping space for up to 14 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with firewood, ping pong table, hot tub and outdoor grill for your enjoyment. WiFi and cable TV are included.

Community normally charges 50$ (included into a cleaning fee) per rent passes (25$ Extra if request submitted later than 1 week prior to leasing also included into fee and refundable if submitted 10 days prior to leasing) which I will wave for weekly or longer rentals. This fee is included into a cleaning fee . Only 8 passes will be issued and extra will be charged directly by community (15$ or so for the pass)
Please be advised that you will have to take care of any garbage upon departure or we you will be charged 10$ per bag.

Please observe the following RULES:
There is no smoking permitted in the house.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
Please remove shoes at the door.
We do not permit parties, gatherings or events of any kind without prior written approval of the host.
Feel free to enjoy the following AMENITIES:
Water: When entering the house, turn on the water main (in the basement, last room on the
right in the hallway). It is on the right side of the room, in the back, with a yellow sticker labeled
“WATER MAIN.” It is ON when it is in the vertical position 12 o’clock position, OFF when in the
vertical 3 o’clock position.
Temperature: During your stay, feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort. However,
prior to leaving please lower the temperature to 50 degrees F.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms have heated floor for your comfort, which can be turned on and adjusted. In case you have small children, spare bathroom keys can be found in the kitchen island, on the last drawer on the right side (directly across from the refrigerator). Only toilet
paper can be flushed in the toilet.
Cooking: Feel free to use the stove, all cookware and dishware. When cooking inside the house,
please be considerate of those who follow and refrain from preparing foods with pungent odors
that may linger after your occupancy.
Fireplace: Firewood can be found in the front of the house, near the stairwell. Newspaper for
kindling is found next to the fireplace, matches are on the mantle. Prior to using, please open the chimney by pulling down the lever inside the fireplace (need spotlight to see inside. Your hands will get dirty.) When the fire is completely extinguished, please close the chimney.
Hot tub: Several hours prior to using hot tub, you will need to increase the water temperature using the gauge to 98-100 degrees. To do this, take off the cover, adjust the temperature, and put the cover on while it heats up. You will also need to check bromine level using the test
strips, which can be found in the kitchen island, on the last drawer on the right side (directlyacross from the refrigerator). If extra bromine is needed, tablets can be found in the same drawer. After using the hot tub, please decrease the temperature back to 65 degrees.

Washer and drier: located in the basement, next to the bathroom.
TV: has basic cable and DVD player, found in the main living room.
Grill: found on the deck next to the hot tub.
