Big, gorgeous, spacious apartment in urban but quiet Berlin–Friedenau, morning and afternoon/evening sun - the space is pretty light because of the big windows. 3rd Floor with a view atop the roofs of neighboring houses.
2 rooms in this nice apartment are available. The 2 rooms together will take up to 4 persons, ideally 2 persons in 25 square meter room, and 1 person in 18 square meter room.
The minimum stay is 5 Nights.
This description is for the 18 square meter room.
Friedenau is a kind of village. Buildings are rather low. 3 stories compared to 4 or more in central parts of the city. It is situated just outside 'Downtown Berlin' and was incorporated into Berlin 1920. In the 20's Friedenau attracted artists and writers - just to name a few of them: Karl_Schmidt-Rottluff, Uwe Johnson and Günther Grass.
There are tours that show where all the various and partly world famous people lived and created their work.
