This separate holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located in a quiet residential area in the Warenshof district on the owner's approx. 500 m² fenced property in the basement of his house. Restaurants, shopping facilities and the public swimming pool on the Müritz are within a radius of 2 km, a train stop with connections to the tourist centres of the Mecklenburg Lake District is approx. 300 m away.

The approx. 40 square metre, continuously modernised and tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed), a separate bedroom (double bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV), a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows. There are also two seating areas in the garden (1 x covered, 1 x with a fixed barbecue), a car park and bicycle storage facilities.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
