This luxurious oceanfront home features 5 1/2 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms. Spectacular oceanfront views are enjoyed by 3 of the 5 bedrooms, the entire top floor (reverse living), the downstairs wet bar, and the newly installed 500 square foot travertine deck, located off the upper level. This iconic home, which has played host to a US President and his wife, underwent a full renovation in 2015 by an award winning builder. Attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this luxurious home. The newly designed open concept kitchen was the recipient of the 2015 Lighthouse Design Award for the best kitchen renovation. This "chefs" kitchen boasts top quality appliances, custom built cabinetry, and quartzite countertops along with a cutting edge design that captures the panoramic vista of the world famous Hilton Head beach and Atlantic ocean.
Located in one of the finest resort destinations in the world, Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this uniquely designed home accommodates up to 15 people .The open concept house is framed with oversized floor to ceiling windows, designed to capture oceanfront views from all three floors. Vaulted 18 foot ceilings on the top floor and soaring ceilings throughout, truly enhance the feeling of space, openness and luxury. All while capturing breathtaking ocean views from every sightline, making it perfect for entertaining. The transitional, upscale nature of the interior creates a soothing, spa like ambiance. The gourmet kitchen provides seating for 6 around a Quartz island, with additional seating for 12 in the dining room . Decorated with designer furnishings, the living room, with seating for 10, is separated from the reading nook by a stunning 10 foot Quartz ledger stone fireplace. The bar area off the living room provides seating for 5 along a live edge walnut bar, or you can retire to the lounge decorated with leather swivel arm chairs surrounding a Quartz stone table. End your day on the expansive 3rd floor deck, looking out over the ocean with dining and seating for all.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters, with floor to ceiling windows, opening to the pool and ocean. On the right is an exquisite master bedroom with a king bed, with wide plank distressed wood floors. There is a desk for writing postcards about your wonderful vacation, a 50 inch mounted flat screen TV, and 2 upholstered swivel chairs to watch the sunrise. Giant reclaimed wood doors slide back to reveal an oasis of a private bath. A soaking tub in front of the window, double sinks, with quartz countertops, and a large separate shower make this an ideal retreat. There is also a walk-in closet. A door in the bedroom has 5 steps down to the pool. The second master suite is on the left, features a king bed with a leather headboard, wood floors, a 50 inch mounted TV, a walk-in closet, and a writing desk. Beautiful picture windows showcase the Atlantic Ocean, with a door with 5 steps down to the covered patio and pool. A pocket door separates the flex room, which has a twin day bed, 29 inch flat screen TV, and hallway door. The ensuite master bath with a huge shower, and double sinks with a mosaic backsplash and quartz countertops services both rooms. Across the hallway are 2 more bedrooms. On the right, there are 2 queen beds, which feature rattan headboards, wood floors, an armchair, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The private bath is a combination tub/shower, with a quartzite countertop. On the left is a king bedroom with a wood headboard, armchair with an ottoman, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The private bath is a large shower only with quartzite countertops and custom cabinetry. The fifth bedroom is located on the top floor, with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, quartzite countertop and custom cabinets. The dome-shaped room offers vistas of the ocean towards the front of the house, and mature oak trees out the uniquely shaped window. All three floors are serviced by a newly installed elevator.
Guests will delight in the down stairs pool room! When you enter the house with its travertine floors, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry and a full wet bar complete with fridge, dishwasher and massive flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite movie. Step outdoors to the most beautiful backyard on the coast! A brand new 40 by 14 foot saltwater gunite pool awaits, surrounded by a huge travertine stone deck. The pool features a horseshoe-shaped hot tub, with a waterfall feature on the right, and an in-pool seating area with a granite counter. The pool is surrounded by palm trees, tropical landscaping, and pampas grass. Welcome to Paradise! Succulent potted plants line the patio to the right, with a wrought iron table that seats six. There is a covered patio with a gas grill for evening cook-outs. 8 steps down from the pool is a lower deck, with built-in benches, perfect for watching the kids play in the gorgeous grass yard. The tall landscaping provides the utmost in privacy, and provides a windbreak from the beach. A boardwalk from the yard leads to your own private beach entrance that deposits you on the world famous Hilton Head beach. 18 Brigantine has all the amenities of a premier vacation home, and is great choice for your next family vacation.

Upon arrival to 18 Brigantine, you will find the following items located in the property:
*Bed Linens ( including linens for the Queen sleeper sofa)
*Bath Towels – 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths are provided for each guest.
*Kitchen/laundry Starter Amenities include: 2 dish towels, pot holders, single use of dish washing and laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towel, box of facial tissue and bar of soap for each sink.
*Guest Advantage Discount Card offers discounts for golf, restaurants, shopping, bike, beach and baby rentals, water sports and much more!
*18 Brigantine is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
18 Brigantine has a 4 night minimum stay in effect, except for the week before & after the Easter holiday and the months of June, July and August where all stays must be 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.
18 Brigantine is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $16.50 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.
KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 26 Sea Lane is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property
LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.
REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.
USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
